Actually, Sandra Boyton books are my favorite! They have such cute little rhymes and funny pictures. We've been reading them to Avery since she was tiny. Pajama Time is one of my favorites. I also love Goodnight Gorilla and Goodnight Moon (don't know the author). Picture books with just pictures and the word to name it are really good too. (You'll be receiving a couple of those in the mail soon...

We love Sandra Boynton as well. I've loved her books since back in my ol BN days. Inara loves Doggies because she loves when I make the different barking sounds. Inara's other favorites right now are 10 Silly Monkeys and 10 Little Ladybugs. They are rather sing-songy books and the ladybugs one has great pictures with various animals, so Inara and I practice naming animals and their sounds all from one book. She also loves Zoophabet ABC by Cathy Heck. The illustrations are super cute. Hope these suggestions help.
